The development of a new 4 storey 84-bed hotel by Premier Inn in Ringwood, Hampshire.

SRE undertook the BREEAM NC 2014 Assessment of the hotel along with the completion of the Building User Guide in support of the local planning conditions and end client sustainability standards.

The SRE BREEAM assessor and BREEAM AP supported the main contractor throughout the construction process, resulting in a robust ‘Very Good’ rating being delivered for the scheme.
