BREEAM is an internationally recognised methodology for benchmarking the environmental performance of commercial, mixed-use and residential buildings. A BREEAM Assessment measures nine categories including: energy, transport, pollution, materials, water, ecology and management, with mandatory standards within key areas. The building is then awarded one of five ratings.

BREEAM aims to balance the environmental performance of a building with the need for a safe and healthy internal environment. SRE is licensed to undertake: BREEAM New Construction and RFO, BREEAM Domestic Refurbishment, BREEAM Bespoke and BREEAM Fit Out.
