Home and Building User Guides aim to bridge the knowledge gap between a building’s designers and its occupants. The Guides provide detailed advice on how to make the most of a property. They can also provide valuable yet cost-effective credits as part of a BREEAM, CSH or HQM assessment.

SRE’s team of in-house, BREEAM qualified, sustainability consultants produce Building User Guides which are specific to each individual building and which provide information on the building’s sustainability features; how to operate the heating and lighting systems and the appliances; how to save energy and water and how to reduce waste; and the locations of local emergency services as well as amenities such as transport links, shops, parks and recycling facilities.
