The internal refurbishment for Regus of Peter House to provide 10 floors of upgraded serviced office space for existing and new clients within the centre of Manchester. SRE conducted a detailed site survey and SBEM modelling of the refurbished building, which has been redesigned to use an all-electric heating and hot water system, in order to produce the Part L2B compliance documentation and final EPC.

As SRE was instructed near to practical completion, our ability to integrate the project into our existing work schedule at short notice was key to the successful completion of the works and to producing an accurate Level 5 dynamic energy model to meet practical completion requirements.
