In recent years, there’s been an increase in the number of buildings that are overheating. Using Dynamic Energy Modelling, thermal simulations can be used for the prevention of overheating.

By employing various scenario analysis to investigate different assumptions, SRE’s building physics specialists utilize Dynamic Energy Modelling for a number of our services, including SBEM, Low & Zero Carbon Feasibility Studies and BREEAM. Dynamic Energy Modelling also informs the Energy Strategy of a proposed development as it provides a complete overview of the building performance.
