A purpose-built 162 bed hotel and restaurant located adjacent to the Greenwich Millennium Village on the Greenwich Peninsula. As part of a wider energy assessment of Atlas Hotels’ existing hotel stock, SRE undertook the site survey and As Built Dynamic Simulation Modelling (DSM) and Energy Performance Certificate of the hotel. Through accurate Level 5 dynamic energy modelling and a detailed site survey, the hotel achieved an EPC rating of C55.
