A purpose-built 162 bed hotel and restaurant located adjacent to the Greenwich Millennium Village on the Greenwich Peninsula. As part of a wider energy assessment of Atlas Hotels’ existing hotel stock, SRE undertook the site survey and As Built SBEM assessment and Energy Performance Certificate of the hotel. Through accurate Level 5 dynamic energy modelling and a detailed site survey, the hotel achieved an EPC rating of C55.
