Home Quality Mark

The Home Quality Mark (HQM) is the BRE’s national quality standard for developments and is an ideal way for house builders to demonstrate the high quality of their homes and to differentiate them in the marketplace. It enables those buying or renting to identify those homes which are well designed and well-built to ensure lower running costs, health and wellbeing benefits and reduced environmental footprint.
