The use of Passive Design principles is the most cost-effective method for reducing a building’s energy demand. Including these measures in the design from the early concept stages is key to minimising design and construction costs.

SRE’s expert in-house consultants work with clients from the early design stages of a project advising on all aspects of passive design, including the use of parametric and optimisation tools, façade design, materials, thermal mass, natural lighting and ventilation.
