A purpose-built sports pavilion providing changing facilities and teaching/seminar rooms over two floors required to achieve BREEAM ‘Very Good’ rating. SRE supported RB Construction through its successful tender submission as well as through the ongoing construction phase. Despite the challenging site limiting options, SRE ensured that all possible deliverable credits were awarded. With the use of wastewater heat recovery, wildflower planting and exemplar day lighting levels, the scheme achieved its required BREEAM rating.
