A new care home by specialist care provider Cinnamon Care, providing residential, dementia and respite care.

SRE completed the Dynamic Energy Modelling in support of the M&E contractor’s design and installation of gas fired CHP and back-up boilers and VRV systems, in order to confirm thermal comfort standards and deliver excellent SBEM energy performance in relation to Building Regulations Part L2A compliance. Through SRE’s input the scheme met the TM52 Thermal Comfort standards and achieved a B rated EPC at practical completion.
