The construction of 3 new ‘shell & core’ retail units adjacent to Rustington, and their subsequent fit-out by Aldi, Next & Tapi Carpets. SRE worked with the developer to ensure the shell & core scheme provided the sustainability and energy standards needed to support the BREEAM RFO Assessments that would need to be completed by the end tenants along with the energy modelling to meet Building Regulations Compliance and to address the planning conditions. Through our involvement from the early detailed design stages, SRE was able to provide suitable advice to inform the construction process and tenant fit-out requirements.
