Building Regulation Compliance

SRE undertakes Building Regulation Part L Assessments (SAP and SBEM – Level 5) for new and existing residential and commercial developments, and Part G (Water) calculations for residential buildings. These assessments are required to demonstrate Building Regulations compliance. SAP and SBEM are used, when required, with dynamic modelling, to assess and compare different buildings concerning their thermal performance, fuel supply and system specification, to inform Energy Statements, Strategies and LZC Feasibility Studies.

SRE provides detailed modelling and technical advice to enable residential and commercial buildings to achieve the increasingly complex Part L requirements and Zero Carbon standards and advises on water specifications to meet Part G requirements in the most economical and practicable ways.
