One of Southampton’s largest regeneration schemes, Fruit and Vegetable Market now known as Bow Square, provides 279 one- and two-bedroom apartments and flexible commercial space.

SRE successfully completed the BREEAM ‘Very Good’ Assessment of the commercial spaces along with the overall energy compliance with Southampton City Council’s sustainability policies and building regulations for the mixed-use scheme.

As part of this work SRE revised the Energy Strategy to maximise the three block’s building performance, supplementing an all-electric heating and hot water scheme with over 250kWp PV.

"We have worked with SRE on over 100 projects in the last ten years and it has been an absolute pleasure. From design stage to post completion their proactive approach is always helpful."
