The extension and full refurbishment of the office building known as Finsbury Tower, including 8 additional floors to the tower and 1-2 additional floors respectively on the South and North Podiums in addition to a separate residential tower providing 20 100% affordable flats.

SRE has provided technical support to the M&E consultant, main contractor and wider construction team regarding the delivery of BREEAM NC 2014 ‘Excellent’ rating required on the new extensions, and Part L1A compliance for the residential block.

SRE has been providing detailed technical support and BREEAM requirements for the various construction parties involved in this complex scheme to ensure that all BREEAM criteria are effectively managed between the different packages of work, and with the project on track to achieve a BREEAM ‘Excellent’ rating.
