Alpine Place is a multi-award-winning mixed-use development consisting of four blocks of residential units, B1 office accommodation, live/work units and underground parking.

SRE supported both planning and construction phases and provided an Energy Statement and BREEAM NC and CSH Assessments to address the local planning policy requirements for the site.

The delivery of a BREEAM ‘Excellent’ level for the offices and CSH Level 4 for the residential units was achieved through the use of a thermally robust building envelope, communal heating and hot water and large roof-mounted PV arrays.
