Lamya Salem

I am an Associate Director Sustainability at SRE and an accredited engineer in LEED, WELL, GSAS and PMP. I have over twenty years’ experience in the sustainability industry and my areas of expertise include energy modelling, building performance, daylight analysis, decarbonization, certification management and GRI standards. I am an Architect and have a MSc in Sustainability from Harvard University.

I have a specific interest in the impact buildings have on occupant’s health and wellbeing and have performed several research studies related to this topic. I was awarded “Sustainable Project of the Year 2022: Residential & Commercial” competing against several countries in the Middle East, for my work in Qetaifan Island North from Middle East Consultant Awards.

In my spare time I enjoy reading, dancing, cooking, and travelling.
