This mixed-use scheme is a redevelopment of Hounslow Social Club to incorporate a nine-storey residential apartment block and a replacement social club. SRE supported the planning process and subsequent sign-off of planning conditions through detailed SAP modelling of the scheme and the completion of an Energy Statement. The scheme incorporates a 12kWp roof mounted PV array and offsets more than 15% of predicted site wide CO2 emissions.
