The conversion and redevelopment of the former Chichester Girls’ School to provide student accommodation for Chichester University. The old Edwardian Building has been extended and redeveloped to BREEAM ‘Very Good’ standard in order to meet local planning policy requirements. SRE advised on and completed the BREEAM 2008 multi-residential assessment of the Edwardian Building enabling the required BREEAM ‘Very Good’ rating to be met whilst still retaining the original façade of the building.
