Cambridge Road Estate is Kingston Council’s largest regeneration scheme and will provide 2,170 new homes along with commercial units, green spaces and community facilities over the next 10-12 years.

SRE provided a detailed Microclimate Analysis for the proposed scheme to ensure that the pedestrian comfort levels met GLA planning requirements for the site. SRE also ensured compliance with the UK’s first Microclimate Guidelines for new developments in the City of London.
