Anna Maclean

I am the Co-Founder and CEO of SRE and lead on People and Culture, Finance, and Strategy. I am a qualified Executive Coach, a Colour Insights Practitioner and a member of the International Coach Federation.

During my Masters Degree in Geography at Edinburgh University, I specialised in environmental issues and ethical trade. I worked for the environmental consultancy Sustainability and spent six years working in television and radio before training in horticulture and garden design and setting up my own garden design business.

Since co-founding SRE in 2005, I have been balancing my role of running the business with looking after my three boys.
