M&E Performance Specification

An M&E performance specification outlines the scope of works for mechanical, electrical and public health systems to provide in-depth details of the workmanship, technical design parameters and sustainable principles required for a development whilst at the same time giving the contractor a scope to innovate and adopt cost effective methods within their design.

SRE’s specialists will collaborate with the design team to gather a project brief, whilst using their industry knowledge of the latest technologies, to support the client’s requirements to prepare bespoke performance specifications. The specifications can be tailored to comply with and support of BREEAM requirements and additional monitoring of the contractor’s proposals during the tendering process.
